Once logged in to DW Cloud, a user gains access to all servers that are connected to DW Cloud . See "Connecting to System from the Welcome Screen".
The following operations are possible:
•Log in to any System without entering credentials
•Share access to DW Cloud
•Share Systems with users and create custom user roles.
To Connect a System to DW Cloud
It is necessary to have a DW Cloud account first. See Logging in to DW Cloud for more details.
Desktop Client
1.Open Main Menu > System Administration and go to the DW Cloud tab.
2.Click Create DW Cloud Account to open a registration form in the DW Cloud portal.
3.Click Connect System to DW Cloud and log in to DW Cloud.
1.Open Web Admin and log in.
2.Go to Settings > System Administration > General.
3.Click Connect to DW Cloud and log in to DW Cloud.
Once connected, the System will be displayed in the DW Cloud Portal and will be accessible without a log in. Sharing can be done from within the DW Cloud portal or by adding a new cloud user via the Desktop Client.
To Disconnect a System from DW Cloud
1.Open Main Menu > System Administration and go to the DW Cloud tab.
2.Click Disconnect System from DW Cloud Account.
IMPORTANT: Note that disconnecting will cause all users a System is shared with to lose their access.
