Navigation: Working with DW Spectrum > DW Spectrum User Interface

Navigation Panel

The Navigation Panel provides access to the most important System tools and features, as well as the layout tabs. Like all panels, it can be shown and hidden. The Navigation Panel contains the following controls:

•Main Menu main_menu – use to configure fundamental behavior such as System Administration, Users and User Roles, Local Settings, etc.

•Layout Tabs – all open tabs are displayed and can be navigated through.

•Cloud Connect Button cloud_20_disabled – connects to DW Cloud. This button indicates the current DW Cloud connection status and allows you to connect/disconnect to DW Cloud and open the DW Cloud Portal.

•Help Button window_question – invokes the help system.

•Standard window sizing buttons – Minimize, Maximize, Exit.
